plus-one  ·  Operator studio for creators

The operator behind the product, the offer, and the system that sells it.

I'm George. I work with creators who already have attention. I build what turns it into revenue: the product, the funnel, the launch, and the system that keeps it running.

The whole monetization layer, handled.

You've already done the hard part. You've built an audience that listens, asks questions, and shows up. The next step, turning that into a real business, is its own discipline. That's where I come in.

I don't advise. I build. Product strategy, offer design, sales copy, funnel setup, launch execution, and the optimization that comes after. You stay the face. I run what's behind it.

This is structured as a revenue partnership. I take a share of what we build together, not a fee upfront. Aligned incentives. Same team.

The actual outputs

  • Product strategy and offer design
  • Sales page and full funnel copy
  • Email sequences and launch flow
  • Whop store setup and payment routing
  • Launch execution and rollout
  • Post-launch optimization based on real data

Method matters more than motion.

Most creator products don't fail because the creator wasn't talented. They fail because nobody ran the numbers, simplified the offer, or stayed close to what the audience actually wanted. The operator's job is to keep all of that honest.

01

Clarity over cleverness.

The best offers aren't the most creative ones. They're the ones the audience instantly understands. If the value isn't obvious in one sentence, the offer isn't ready.

02

Build on existing demand.

I don't invent new things people might want. I look at what your audience is already asking for in comments, DMs, and engagement patterns, and I build that. Demand first, product second.

03

Leverage over labor.

One product that sells for two years beats ten experiments that flop. I focus the work where it compounds: positioning, offer structure, and the parts of the funnel that move the most numbers.

04

Move fast without making it messy.

Speed only works when the foundation is clean. I'd rather take an extra week on the offer and ship a launch that converts, than rush something that needs a rebuild three months in.

I work with a small number of creators at a time, by design. The work is too involved to spread thin.

A clear path from conversation to revenue.

01 / Fit

We talk.

A short conversation about your audience, your goals, and whether there's a product worth building. Message or call, whichever you prefer. If it's not the right fit, I'll say so directly.

02 / Plan

I send a gameplan.

A focused document covering the product I'd build, who it's for, how it's positioned, and what to expect. You decide whether to move forward, no pressure either way.

03 / Build

I build the system.

Product, offer, copy, funnel, store setup, launch. I do the work. You stay involved where your voice matters: recording, approving, deciding. The rest is on me.

04 / Run

We launch and optimize.

The launch goes live. After that, the work shifts to tuning what's converting and cutting what isn't. The longer we run it, the sharper it gets.

If it sounds like a fit, write me.

A few sentences about what you make and what you'd want to build is enough. I read every message and reply within 24 hours.
